I visited my best friend Carolyn's house last night and brought these tulips - they're her favorite flower and mine too. I liked the way they looked in a vase by the window. I didn't have a flash or a tripod so I bumped up the ISO and had a really shallow depth of field. (One of these days I'll learn to use a flash -- but right now, it always seems to ruin my pictures!)
