I'm continuing to practice shooting outside - definitely need to practice with the flash, since when I use it I hate it! I used the flash at first but didn't like it so I jacked up the ISO to the highest setting so I could shoot in the evening with little light. (Thus the grain) I do like the motion in the ball. I'll keep practicing!

Nice, even light you found! His face is beautifully lit. I thought the flash is really hard to do well, also.... I'll keep at it, I guess.
